When we first put the lights up, the middle strand was the only one to work... Why my father didn't test them BEFORE he strung them up is beyond us all! Lol.

Sooo Cute I had to take 2!!
Well, we finally got everything arranged enough to attempt putting up our tree. Lighting them was an adventure... My dad and sister did them together and it was quite amusing watching them juggle the ends and poke themselves on the branches. Lol. They finally got them strung, plugged them in, and as you can see above, only the middle strand worked. So, my daddy, the brilliant electrician (HaHa!) had to take them back down and figure out why it wasn't working. He fought and cussed all night long! Lol. It was 10:00 at night before he could get them hung back up. Lol. We couldn't even decorate the tree!! Lol. And tonight, I got home from work in time to eat dinner and then they all had to go to Staci's banquet for training, so there's no telling when we'll get to decorate the thing. Hopefully before Christmas! Lol. I'm happy with a lit tree anyway. :D I got lots of pictures as you can see, with many more to come. I do not intend to let my niece's first Christmas go by undocumented, no matter how young she is! Lol. I might be a bit of a fanatic Aunt... But that's ok, because that's what makes favorite aunts!! LOL. Cheers!
